Greater Two Weapon Fighting with Dexterity below 19

is there a way to unlock this feat on levelup without having to raise Dexterity to 19 ?

Bonuses from items count towards the prerequisite, so you can just put on a belt that gives dexterity, then buy the feat.

It's working as intended. Item with +enchantment bonus that you're wearing for more then 24 hours count as permanent buff.

Side-effect - since it you will bath with belt on you.
