Getting combat expertise and trip and dirty fighting and agile maneuvers is a lot of feats/talents and as a result you are either delaying or missing a lot of core stuff especially really good advanced talents like opportunist, dispelling attack and the one that does -2 to strength. You want things like improved critical and piranah strike as soon as you reasonably can.
I'd look to get my core stuff first and only then build out one of trip or dirty fighting if you really want them (noting rogues get pretty of debuffs just while they are killing stuff).
Feats like combat mobility and improved evasion you can probably live without. but then you probably won't get that far.
All stat increases should go to dex.
Oh and you need to build in outflank at some point early.
