thats right its 10% if you read to the end and I qoute myself

This means its far away from done and im working on it.
But ofcause it would limit your spell range.
If you have feats you don't know what to spend on, I would consider getting spell focus in conjuration so you can pick Augment summoning to boost animate dead(should work for animate dead too I think). That is if you plan to have raise undead like Death knights usually have if I remember correct.
