Sunny Hillock BIG experience (minor spoiler)

Hello all i was just here to inform of this place at the moment i arriva i was level 9 maybe it can be done at lower level , but this place has a roll to Diplomacy (30 i think) and killing 3 summoned Treant

And? Exp gain clearly show that this location is intended for far higher level.
