Dex or STR for Falcata?

I was thinking of doing a Spartan esque styled build, with Falcata crit. But they are muscular 'bronze tanks'. Of course this can't be made fully in the game but in the PnP version it can with a lot of tweaking and multiclassing. But I am wondering what I could make to get it 'close' to it in PF:KM? I am needing some advice or ideas thrown at me :)

Falcata doesnt use weapon finnesse so it will only help ac and reflex if you have a lot of dex

Actually you can do very close for what you seek with a Str fighter with 15 dex. If you pick the abilities at the right time, it will be even a good character.
