Help with Deft Strike

Does deft strike (from Aldori Swordlord) add 1.5x Dex to both one-hand and two-handed wielding dueling sword? Or is it just another slashing grace, 1x Dex? I have also heard a rumor that it's 2x Dex for two-handed... Can someone with a swordlord character confirm this for me? Thanks in advance.

it is a least (and should be) 1.5x. of it is 2x it is bugged.

For fun I leveled Valerie as a dualist/swordlord toon now, doing full respec. to see how it goes.

7 Dualist/ 5 Aldori Defender / 4 Thug / 2 Vivisectionist / 1 Swordlord/ 1 Scaled Fist - yeah lol a whole bunch of classes

with bloodhound at the end and dex at 38 (with mutagen) she does like 46-53 damage with 2x critical on a range of 15-20 with it. ac is probably around 60+ when crane feats kick in....basically only weakness is no 3x crit dueling sword that I know of otherwise this would be near the top of the weapon damage range...too bad this cannot be applied to elven curved blade.
