I have never taken that feat before... but i will try to give it to Reg later today and see if i get the same result.
Is the difficulty setting you play on allow respec?
And in UI it turns on permanently on after using it (like power attack), seems it it was not converted for Turn-based mode. (not sure if it is actually used then every turn, wouldn't count on it much)
Turn based mode has many bugs, charge into combat > bugged, touch spells > bugged, spell-strike bugged. And that is for 1 Regongar melee magus build.
How are other classes?
It does not feel like definitive edition at all.
I get that Owlcat is a small studio, that the game is really complex and I love the game, but their testing effort before release is not good enough.
