Thousand and one questionable tales bug - quest stuck

I met Shaynih'a, I talked to her, I introduced her to Jubilost, then exited the village and immediately started construction of her shop. When I reentered the village and talked to her, she tells me that she's doubting her career as a weaponsmith again, and I need to help her. Then I get some xp. She doesn't say anything else about the subject and I have no new dialogue options with her. Quest "Thousand and one questionable tales bug" appear in my log and first step shows as completed, but there is no other step shown and no way to continue it. It's completely stuck.

No, only the first step is completed. Quest itself is not.

And it's obvious from her dialogue that there is supposed to be a follow up, probably after her initial dialogue you should have an option to ask what help she requires or smth, but no dialogue option appear.

Also I reloaded the game, avoided talking to her, and got the same quest from her visiting my throne right now, I'll go to her and see if It will progress normally now. If it will, then it will mean that the bug is caused by starting the quest by talking to her in the village, instead of waiting until she wants an audience.

As I thought, If you get the quest from audience in your throne room, when talking to her in her village later you have new dialogue option and quest continues normally. It's stuck only when starting the quest by talking to her in the village.

Later quest stages are also bugged - when you come back to her after delivering her letter, you immediately have an option to ask "what's wrong again" or smth - which I assume shouldn't be available yet because she didn't ask me for help again - and using this option makes her give you the spear fragment, and after taking it to the storyteller and returning to her, quest doesn't progress, but keep being stuck at "tell her about storyteller vision" phase.

Overall this quest is bugged as hell. I'm not touching it further until next patch. Please fix this.
