Remus event diplomacy bug

When Remus is brought to the throne room raving about the goddess, you can interrogate his knowledge of her and challenge it with a diplomacy check. The mouseover advice on the check is DC 25 and shows your advisor as having (in my case) +17 to the roll. Then when it makes the check and you fail, it shows you only had (in my case) +5.
