Spell Feats not applying to Scrolls
AFAIK feats should apply to scrolls

https://paizo.com/threads/rzs2k3l9?Using-a-scroll-casting-a-spell

"Determine Effect: A spell successfully activated from a scroll works exactly like a spell prepared and cast the normal way."

But my level 10 Scroll Savant does not apply her Feats like Spell Focus or Elemental Focus to scrolls. Her basic Fireball has DC of 24, which is 3 + 7 from int +4 from feats (Focus on Evocation & Fire), while Fireball from scroll has only DC of 20.

That hurts Scroll Savant pretty badly.

Did, but next bug report will cost you 1 kilogram of potatoes.

I recommend Excel document, ctrl-c > ctrl-v for Steam bugs, players might find you asking anything extra from them a bit too much.

Might want to read all of that topic you linked to. The very last post:
"Does using a potion, scroll, staff, or wand count as "casting a spell" for purposes of feats and special abilities like Augment Summoning, Spell Focus, an evoker's ability to do extra damage with evocation spells, bloodline abilities, and so on?

No. Unless they specifically state otherwise, feats and abilities that modify spells you cast only affect actual spellcasting, not using magic items that emulate spellcasting or work like spellcasting."

You might be right but I feel without feats adding to DC of scrolls Scroll Savant has no real reasons to exist.
