Cloaks and shields visuals

Is anyone elses emersion being ruined by the poor visuals on cloaks combined with shields? Or is this a bug i managed to get.

When a fighter carries a shield its placed on their backpack, the cloak being placed underneth the pack allow the 2 to be separated and not interact.

But all other classes without the default backpack - pali's clerics ect. - when they have a shield eqipped and a cloak, when they are outside of combat and both are on their back, the cloak moves through the sheild mesh and just looks broken. I understand there are more important fixes to be made. (being able to finish the pitax mission for example) but this is just poor visuals in a decent looking game. Please look for a fix
