Spell Specialization doesn't affect Ear-Piercing Scream

...for a Sage Sorcerer (arcane bloodline) at least. I know Magic Missile has been reported here as not working with Spell Specialization, but it does now. So apparently there's been some progress on the Spell Spec front, but it's not working with Ear-Piercing Scream.
