Gloves of Dueling not affecting Two-Handed Weapon Training?

Is this intentional? Looking at the rules, there's no reason why the gloves of duelling shouldn't apply their bonuses to Two-Handed Weapon Training. One could argue the same for tower shield training, but that's more of a stretch.

Hm, can't argue with that... Is it simply not showing up on allies 'on break' in the capital city?
In my case (out of curiosity) I made a level 11 merc 2-hander and equipped her with both the lesser and regular gloves of dueling; neither worked. Was it just because she wasn't actively in the party? Thanks

I will have to check but many bonus only show up during combat and mostly only in the combat log.

Alright, thank you. I thought I should bring it up because my last playthrough was an Aldori Swordboy, and his boosted weapon training bonuses from the gloves always showed up.
