Report a translation problem
I'm only level 10 with my kinetist and use fire and air as elements (changed from fire and earth... I consider my change an error, btw. But I'm too far in the game, now, to change that again or load the old save...)
Maybe, if you deselect and select the substances again, the reduce counts?
Also: It seems, that the psychokinetist elemental load isn't working as intended. I'm on a "beneath the stolen lands"-rogue-like game with one and level 8 at least. But I don't have any attribute-bonuses (on a Psycho, these are the mental attributes). I know from the normal one, that they appear in the ability-choice-screen in the ui, when I have at least 3 burn. But on a psychic they don't appear... (I have at least 6 available burn with my psychic, having a wisdom of 22, so selecting 3 times an ability, which requires burn, should activate the attribute-bonus-choices.)
