Magic Domain (Inquisitor) is broken

The first ability you get is the Hand of the Acolyte. It lets you throw your weapon at an enemy. Problem with this is that when you get a critical hit, the damage won't increase: https://i.imgur.com/z8M91Le.jpg

At level 8 you get Dispelling Touch. You should be able to use this once per day at level 8 but even after resting it is stuck on 0 charges. If I click on it it just says out of resources making it completely unusable: https://i.imgur.com/jzXa0Xq.jpg
