Spell DC of harm is not properly calculated
The cleric spells harms and heal do not add ability and feat bonuses to the spell DC.

Correct way to calculate harm spell dc is:

10 + spell level + attribute bonus + other bonuses.

But currently the game uses the incorrect formula

10 + spell level

It's not just Harm either, a few of the spells are bugged like that, making them all but useless.
