Ring of Protection +4 bugged
Deflection AC bonus from RoP +4 is bugged in 1.1.2E. The bonus disappears randomly (in combat, when flat-footed, after map transition, etc.).

Un-equiping and re-equiping the ring fixes it for a while. Rings of prot. +1/+2/+3 are not bugged.

Press F11 to access the report function which will gather all the required information (screenshot, save file and logs collected automatically). You’ll be able to add some feedback or additional info as well. Thanks!
