Ambitious recruits not working
I have completed the "ambitious recruits" kingdom upgrade and received the icon in the top left corner stating: "+2 bonus to solve events with the general. Hovewer any time the event is the failure ... etc".
As far as i can tell the bonus is not being included during the events as the general has only +10 bonus on the attempt (with his +6 strength modifier and rank II military), which makes me think that the whole upgrade is not working as intended

Ps I was unable to verify if the downside works or not, as i was lucky enough to succeed on all my problem resolutions with the general.
