Vilderavn Bloodbird effect - Save DC Broken

After several enouncters in Capitol City all my characters now have have the Bloodbird cursed condition that deals 1d6 unholy bleed damage every turn.

The info says it can be dispelled with a DC 26 caster or knowledge religion check when casting a healing spell.

However when casting the healing spell, the combat/action dialogue states the DC is 37.

The character (Trsitian) gets a +17 bonus which means he's trying a caster level check (he's level 17) which means he will not likely succedd.

I have tried casting remove curse as the info says this is a curse but it doesn't work.

Also treat affliction doen't work either - i'm assuming this is how you try to use the Knowledge Religion? I'm not sure if it doens't work because the DC isn't being hit or whether it just is the wrong way to try and remove the affliction.
