Can not find Captain of the Guard
Just started quest "Runaway throne" and I can not find captain of the guard. Is suppose to be at the throne room?
Also can not talk to trader Hassuf.

The Captain of the guard is one of the NPCs standing next to Valerie outside in the 'Main Square' area. I believe is name is Hyland.

Cannot find Hyland - have loaded reloaded looked in castle and out - he has ceased to exist. Any ideas? Is not standing in main square and neither is Valerie - she is inside but Hyland is not
