Melianse Feathertoken Quest Bugged

Few things about this quests are/were bugged for me:

1. Quest Journal didn't update after I got the Feathertokens and since I didn't immediatly bring them back I actually forgot I had them and Panicked because I thought I sold them or something. After reloading a much older save and getting them again I figured out the Journal does't update and the Dryad gives you a pouch instead of Feathers like I expected. Pretty Minor bug but still.

2.
When I got to Melianse and gave her the Feathertokens she thanks me as Normal and releases the Hostages. When I then choose the Chaotic Neutral Option and Hug her she gives me the ring and it goes to Loading Blackscreen and when it comes back she AND the Hostages are gone and when it talk to the Lumberjack guy he says they died and is sad about i even though I saw them walking and then stand behind him a few seconds agot.

When I instead of Hugging her go to the lumberjack after delivering the Feathertokens he gives me a big gold reward it goes to a loading Blackscreen and all the Lumberjacks are gone but Melianse is still there, when I then talk to her she's Crying and ask me why it had come to fighting and why she had to butcher them all and then vanishes too.

SO, reaaaaaally confused about this quest guys. Seems like everyone in this quest is also just as confused as I am lol.

It's bugged no matter what you do anything you choose ends in them dying.

Successfully convinced the loggers to log elsewhere and used diplomacy to get them to buy the feather tokens. Make friends with Melianse, and even though I watched those loggers walk free the dude still reacts like they died.

This is a very annoying bug.

+1 to Paige's report. I went to fetch Feather Tokens from the hermit mage who lives in the woods surrounded by traps, brought them back to Melianse, watched her release the loggers she'd bewitched and... Then the response was that they died and there were orphans and I was bad and I should feel bad.

+1 on this. The only way to save them is to kill Melianse, in which case the loggers reward you with 400 gold. If you bring feather tokens, she seems to free them, and you get a ring of protection +2. But when you talk to the loggers, they tell you you failed to save the lads, and what will they tell their poor widows and orphans?

Same here, can confirm that this happens both ways. If you give melianse the feather token and then leave the conversation, you can still speak to either gorax or melianse. Whoever you speak to and get the reward from forces you to fail the other side.

Still bugged. Tried intimidating Melianse this time too, and that was successful but still results in the "we couldn't save them" ending.

Even though i expected it to be fixed by a 5.6 GB update...

Still bugged. I returned the tokens to Melianse. If I choose to hug her immediately afterwards, the two men who have already returned to the loggers disappear, and the remaining loggers react like Melianse took them away. If I initially decline the hug request, the loggers react properly and go on their way, but if I talk to Melianse now, she reacts like I killed everyone and flees in anger.
