Breastplate > Chainmail
In every way....so Chainmail might as well not exist in the game. I think this was an oversite rather then a full on bug. The armor check penalties should be reversed to at least try and make chainmail relevant. Weights should be the same.

Chainmail is medium an just as worthless as P&P, chain shirt is light and amazing when made of mithral in P&P.

Its the same as it was in the base game, and the only plus that the chainmail has is that it is alot cheaper.

yeah, base game was wrong headed as well...at least in POE chain and breastplates have differing DR for different types of damage...Another failing of 3.75 imo.
