Are Restoration and Greater Restoration bugged?

So there's a boss (no spoilers) who does a lot of AoE high chance of multiple stat drain. Playing on a pretty hard difficulty level, got my win, happy about that, just hit L13, Harrim can cast Restoration, Greater, no big deal, right?

I have 176 diamond dust. Restoration requires 2, Greater requires 10.

I prepared the spell on Harrim. It will not cast, is grayed out, the diamond dust requirement shows up in red, like, oh, you don't have any diamond dust.

Is his Wisdom affected by the stat drains? He may not have a high enough Wisdom to cast the spells.

Edit: I know it may be obvious but some times people miss the obvious. :)

You need a 14 Wisdom for Restoration and 17 Wisdom for Greater.

Fair question - this boss damages Str, Dex, and Charisma, and he is a Cleric. So no, he has like 25 wisdom and should be fine.

Basically he should need to rest, cast Greater Restoration twice, rest, do it again, and my squad should be good to go.

Quick check - is this spell working for anyone?

I guess Diamond Dust is worthless and should just be vended...?

I have the same bug, for Restoration at least. Haven't tried Greater.

Rrestoration works for me, it's the lesser one that does nothing :P

can't use restoration myself for somereason it just doesn't work.

Lesser restoration worked for me a couple hotfixes ago... I don't know about restoration... I'll see if I can purposely take some damage and try to get it to work or not.
