Bugged Bracers of Armor and Archery

I've got three sets of these so far--still in Act 1--but only one grants the armor bonus as it should. I've tested all three on the same character--Tristian, who had only the bracers and no defense spells up--to be sure of this.

Further, the bracers of archery only grant their bonus when a (composite) long- or shortbow is equipped, but not when using a crossbow of either type.

Bracers of Archery not granting attack bonus

Bracers of Archery aren't granting the +2 competence bonus to attack rolls for me with Devourer of Metal. Can't tell if the damage part is working because the +dmg isn't divided up in the log.

This is also happening with the lesser bracers as well as the standard bracers of archery. THis seems to happen regardless of bow.

Can confirm this. Until the last hotfix, this was working correctly. Now his attack bonus dropped two points.

Note that this indeed happens with any bow. Octavia's lesser bracers also stopped working.

Confirmed. I restarted earlier and it was working last time around. Now not working. Tried on all characers equipping bows. My main character is Ranger with Eskanduy, this is really really crap. I hope they notice this asap and fix it since it was working prior to last hotfix. On the flip side I can tell you that now that im wearing the +2 to hit +1 dmg bracers I have like +20 to hit, lesser bracers gives nothing but watch your to hit with major bracers and you have 15 rows of +1 to hit. at level 6 Im hitting ac 29 on a roll of 3.............

Bracers of Archery don't work

Both "Lesser Bracers of Archery" and "Bracers of Archery" are not giving the bonus to attack rolls. The bonus to damage from the Bracers of Archery works though (since Patch 1.06)

Bracers of Archery and lesser Archery don't increase attack rolls

When Octavia armed with a +1 shortbow equips them, the BoA only increase dmg and neither BoA nor BoLA increase attack rolls.

I think that may just be a display issue in the character sheet, and in the combat log (not listed, and not added to the character sheet value, but the final attack score may contain it). I can send you that too, when I'm at home later. May be the same issue with other items affecting bow attacks.

Also it still would be really helpful to have a detailed list for the damage values as well.
