Nyrissa Missing War of the river kings

Hello, having some trouble getting a throne room event to fire during the war of the river kings. Essentially Nyrissa dosen show up in between the Pitax envoy and Linzi comment. The dialogue in which you get invited to enter their capital to surrender.

Thinking it might be a flag somewhere which didn got properly activated. Currently flying with 60 affection from Nyrissa and from the guide this event was suppose to bring it up to the threshold of 80 for a particular ending.

Any ways to check the event list of the scene and manually changing value as to force the nymph to show up?
