How do you reach Talon Peak?

I have the location on my map but I can't seem to get to it.

You need to go around the top

You have to go the LOOOOOOOOOOOONG way around. Head clockwise around the Talon Peak icon as best you can, and cross the river at the base of the northern edge of the mountain range. Then starting heading South along the East bank of the river, until you reach the river's end. Then you can continue spiraling clockwise and head back north, up towards Talon Peak.
