I'm at a complete impasse here. I got into the castle and started the quest fine, picked up Amiri, Jaethal, Tristian, Valerie, Octavia, and Regongar successfully, had a /little/ bit of trouble with Ekundayo where he was not appearing in the troll room, but after just reloading my autosave upon entering the room, there he was. Picked up Linzi. but again some weirdness, I guess I entered the main throne room where Linzi's body is in a weird way? I picked up Linzi's book before I saw her 'death', no idea how that happened.

I can't find the other party members.

Nok-nok, Jubilost, and Harrim are nowhere to be found. I've been all over the area, collected all three keys, and I've run the full loop around the floors with and without the lantern, excluding the Final room, where Nyrissa is waiting.

Am I safe to fight her and get my party back? Did I ♥♥♥♥ up? Is this a known bug? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you for your time.

All the party member will only show up in what I like to call the "real" version of the house. You can tell if you are in the right one if your allies appear in the waiting area outside the main doorway. Once you are in the right realm, you should be able to find them all on the first floor.
