need help with the war of the river kings chapter

I'm struggling here, I did most of what I needed: Find the Menagerie, deal with the bandit camp (although it keeps saying I need to destroy the camp and I find no way of doing that, plus the quest check marked it off so I dont know), eliminate the instigators at Littletown etc..

but the walkthrough said something about River Pirates and I was supposed to get The Rivers Justice prompt and I can't seem to get it. I searched high and low near Pitax and it just isn't showing up.

River Pirates is just a side quest.

The location is on the river, northwest of Pitax and south of Littletown.

My guess is that your forgot the alchemists group north of the bandit camp. On that map, go east first and then north to reach them.

As for the River Pirates so it's not essential to the main plot?
