Saving everyone in the endgame dungeon?

Apparently, simply clearing all the companion quests isn't enough. I still lost Octavia even though I did both her and Reg's quest. I also lost Nok Nok. Jaethal I'm not sure if she can be saved if Tristian is alive.

Here's what I gathered so far:

Valerie: From what I heard, guaranteed.

Linzi: umm... sort of guaranteed, I guess.

Harrim: If the conversation is of any indication, you just need to finish all his quests.

Regongar: I cleared all his quests and had him spare the slaves.

Octavia: Ditto but she did not survive. She's one of the two MVPs of the party, forcing me to reload and hire a merc wizard, albeit one with less squishy stats.

Jaethal and Tristian: From what I gathered, you'll need to pick the correct decisions that would end in Jaethal dying early then respawning in the House later. Tristian will survive if you cleared Saving Grace. I don't know if it's possible to keep them both alive from beginning to end. In my run, I lost Jaethal.

Nok-Nok: Lost him. From what I read elsewhere, maybe letting him keep the Shrine to Lamashtu is a factor? I used Amiri in his place.

Jubilost: He flat out says it if he survived. By giving Xae immortality, he gets to save Jubilost.

Ekundayo: I heard all kinds of endings for him with him surviving all of them so I guess simply completing all his quests will do.

Amiri: I think clearing all her quests and getting her upgraded personal sword will do.
