There are two peaceful groups on this location, and both can be tricked into going there.

There are two kobolds and two mites on the very south center of the map that you can feed to the wolf or they ask you to kill the wolf if you don't want to feed it.

Broken quest. They're persuaded to go and check the worg and vanishes.

The quest kill the worg is failed when the worg is still alive and able to be killed.
The fresh meat is failed as well since the mites never goes to the worg as they vanish into the abyss and never return.

Bokken's berry quest is broken as well since he won't give the quest to collect more berries and instead says that since killed the spiders the path is clear when I never killed a single spider and went straight to the bushes and back to bokken.

The main issues is how quests are given since you were supposed to return asap.

You pathfind Tartuccio which makes you go to Old sycamore. For reasons this was never meant to happen.

At sycamore a bug happens where you are proposed by the worg to find fresh meat. You send the lizards and the worg thanks you. But you didn't agree to do it. You were proposed to the deal and you made your part of the bargain.
The game can't handle it and pancake flat on itself.
The quest remain to find fresh meat and is not removed from the journal.
The mites are persuaded but then vanishes into the thin air and is not seen again.

The reason why Bokken's quest is broken is because you're able to collect the moon radishes before the quest is given, which soft lock the game and hard crash the quest fresh meat.

killing the quest handler did not fail the quest but to persuade the quest handler to go and check the worg failed the quest. So now I have a quest who is active while the handler is dead.
