The price of curiosity -- stuck

I finished(won) the discussion and got to ask 3 questions. Now the quest says I have to discuss what we've learned with Jubilost. I went to the capital (town square and throne room), but Jubilost doesn't have the option of actually discussing anything.

Am I missing something? Where am I supposed to discuss the topic with him and thus finish the quest?

Okay, I 'solved' it. I came back to my capital the next day, and the new dialogue options did pop-up then. You apparently can't walk back to your capital too fast...

Do the dialogue pop when simply talking to Jubilost in the main square or its an event for the throne room that triggered?
Because I too am stuck with this. I talked to Jubilost but nothing seemed to complete the quest even though a few days passed already after the event with "the host".

It's just randomly bugged. No real tricks to it, the devs said as much.

Keep clicking on him in the throne room until it works, no need to wait, can do it as soon as you get back from the quest. (I found that alternating right- and left-buttons when talking to him triggered the conversation instantly, but that's probably just a coincidence.)
