Against all Odds

I've finished ancient curse part 7. I've also collected the 3 crown fragments in castle of knives, but that's it. The time is ticking down (around 25 days left) and I'm not getting the throne room meeting cutscene nor quest telling me to go to the castle for the portal. Is this a bug?

The after curse council meeting happens same as the others. Approximately at the same time the deadline would have arrived if you hadn't dealt with the problem already.

Crown pieces - talk to Shyka at the Castle of Knives (approximately the same location as the Kurly Witch / Wriggling Man fight from earlier).

Quest for the portal. Don't remember exactly when you actually trigger the quest, but it should be able to be completed once the fey attacks start happening (doing so fails other unfinished quests though). Of course, you'll need to find the portal first.

Hypothesis
I ** think ** a council meeting actually triggers the quest (not the council meeting that concludes Ancient Curse 7 - a different one that should happen around the same time the fey attacks start). If that council meeting isn't triggering, it might be because you haven't completed the crown quest yet. Go talk to Shyka.

I should have reread your post a bit. the action picks up when there are 14 days left. I'm not sure how you've already finished Ancient Curse part 7.

I did the bald hilltop attack where Wild Hunt and Jabberwock (?) spawned. But after that i never got the council cutscene. This is my current questlog.

Ah. Wasn't aware there was a countdown clock for Against All Odds - knew it had one, but had forgotten that it was visible.

When you collected the third crown fragment, did you have a story book scene? If so, my best guess is that you need to talk to Shyka again. From your journal, it looks like the First Crown quest is already resolved, so something must have happened. The fandom wiki indicates there are a couple of bugs - no idea if that's true or even if it is, if it would break the game.

Maybe you just need to find the portal? It's in the interior to the east of where the ghosts and Ankou were.

Yes I did the story book slides. Quest is done and I gave the crown to the pharasma priest. I wanted to keep it but i wouldn't have time to research the curse anyway (and I think i have 13 anyway). If I don't fix it, I'll just watch the ending on youtube I guess.

There's still a large dungeon left (plus, potentially, another short chapter). It's everyone's favorite part of the game (not really - people definitely like to express their HatE for HatEoT).

I've heard about the House area and how bad it is. I started playing it (my first pathfinder game) on the 3rd hardest difficulty. Beginning was hard, then it became easier, but the late game is bad. The level/ability draining enemies are annoying. So I turned the difficulty down to story. I liked kingdom management overall but got tired with event cards and how long the artisan cutscenes take. I've definitely burnt out.

Its related to failed scripts and the only way to fix it w/o reloading is using toybox to enable failed script. Happen to me more that once, mostly in Pitax and once in Vordakai tomb.

I downloaded Toy Box and installed it. I see it in the game but there are no tabs, just the name of the mod. Probably because the only one on nexus i could find is for WotR.
