I think so. Overall I'd say for the current sale price that the Imperial Edition bundle is kind of a steal.

Varnhold's Lot is a mini campaign that adds some background story and can be imported to your main game to add some additional items. It's worth one playthrough but it's not going to ruin your main campaign if you skip it.

Wildcards is a small addon that adds tieflings as a choice in character creation as well as the kineticist class. Tieflings are fine. Kineticist is potentially a pretty broken choice in terms of DPS and utility but I personally don't enjoy playing them. You also get potential companion with their own side quests. I'd say it's worth it for the price, but you can skip it if you don't care about tieflings or the extra class.

Beneath the Stolen Lands adds an independent 'rogue-like' campaign mode that can be useful for testing character and party combinations. There are some additional bosses but most enemies are just rehashed from different encounters in the main game with some additional modifiers. This rogue-like mode is also added to the main campaign as an optional series of dungeons to crawl through, with some gear drops available and a minor story arc. As a standalone, it's pretty repetitive and dull but it's a nice addition to the main campaign.

The Royal Ascension pack gives you some gewgaws like a digital map, soundtrack, etc. The only real tangible thing in-game is the red panda pet, which gives you a mild bonus and is pretty cute. (There are other pets available so you aren't really missing much)

Definitely pick up the free DLCs if you decide to pick up the game as they add some additional spells and effects.

It can be difficult, if not impossible, to gain enough XP to get to level 20 by the time the game ends without the added 16 dungeon levels that Beneath the Stolen Lands adds, plus there's a cool boss fight at the end. The Wildcards DLC adds a new companion that's pretty good, and also has quests to do, which give you XP as well. If you're going to skip one, I'd skip Varnhold's Lot, since it is a separate story, really, and people have had awkward issues incorporating it into the main story.
