Something is very wrong with the kingdom difficulty

I have over 350 hours of play, 5 playthrought from normal to effortless and my kingdom crumbles anyway on the 6th chapter. Everytime. The problem cards I get on "effortless" are DC 30-34 and I cannot resolve them as my top councilors are +12 to +19 so I fail them all. I'm very tired of playing this game now and I'm shelving it, never to be finished. For the super duper extra cool new enhanced edition 2000, could the cards on the 6th chapter be nerfed, so your players can have fun ? Thank you.

I remember using my crisis points near that point, until I leveled up my kingdom stats enough to have more chances to resolve the cards thrown at me

I realised that when I succeed a pitax event, for some reasons some of my kingdom stats goes down 40 points. I went from 87 in community to 17 with 2 cards. in a single day. Pitax events are bugged. How come it doesnt happens in you guys games ? I have the legit version from steam with all DLC. I dont get it.

Its part of the main quest. Pitax is currently attacking your reputation and the ''unique'' problem get worst and worst and keep coming back until you deal with the 3 areas.

Clear those 3 areas as soon as possible and use crisis point to make sure you succeed on that problem

If you think you have a early save when your kingdom was healthy, you should probably reload and go do the 3 areas above.

All I did was skip day. I got one success event that day. My community stats went from 76 to 29 for no reason.

My guess is that you have receive the problem from my screenshot after skipping that day.

Its Pitax attacking your reputation and its the only problem that can do that. Something like -20 to all stats the first time you receive the problem card, -40 the second, -80 3rd and so on. You get some back on success.

Part of the issue comes with how well you handle the invitation at the start of the chapter I believe. It can help to bring Tartucio's ring to the party.

Dayum. I've got Pitax coming up on 3 saves at the moment. This is not going to be fun.

I had some issue on this chapter and had to reload a slighlty previous save because I "could not" find quickly enough the 3 locations and got indeed multiple bad events stacking.
(I think i took quite a time for the 3rd ones, and at that point, events were quite bad)

It should be doable if you have know where to look.

On the whole, i savescummed a lot during the game (normal difficulty) for kingdom event, but my kingdom was in the end always stable ( i think I went once for a week below stable).
So i did savescummed a bit too much.

I would recommend "easy difficulty" for Kingdom and reloading when you fail from time to time.
