Bug about Tristian

I am in the mission of "betrayer's fight" and after I finished the conversation with Tristian, the system show me that Tristian has return his equipment back to me. But I can not find anything in my bag , is it bug or something?

Actually I have returned back to the throne room and try to find them but found nothing...sadness

I have the same exact issue. After he disappears in the portal at Candelmere, I see from log that I receive all his equipment. However, the equipment is nowhere to be found. This is quite a disappointment, as he had very good gear.

Looks like a bug to me. Has this really not been fixed for 3 years?

I didn't get his equipment back until a little later, when I found him in the Abandoned Keep.
