Bridge Hoist Part in Old Sycamore Caves missing?

I know that it's not essential but it is a bit annoying and if it's a bug it needs to get fixed. So, I searched up and down the whole map and couldn't find it and it doesn't show as loot on the map either. Am I missing something or is it bugged?

I've just entered those caves now - are you talking about the Lever you need for the bridge in the south corner?
The quest from the mite near the entrance? Oh wait - which entrance do you go in - the mites or kobolds?

Yeah, but I think it's a cog, not a lever. Not sure about that, though. First time I played the prologue I found it no problem. Now I scoured the whole dungeon multiple times without being able to find it at all. It's not a gamebreaker since it's just a shortcut. Still annoying, though.

Ahh I seem to recall a cog 1st time I played. still working my way though the area so I'll post back if I find it.

generally drops from the named mite right up front if i recall? or is that the lever?

We get the cog from the mite gatekeeper. We can either do his quest or kill him to get the cog and they have to be put on the bridge from the mite side. His quest is getting a part of a spider and that big spider body is on the far east of the 2nd cave area.

The lever to pull the cart to break the wall can be found kinda where the kobold chief is but in the 2nd cave area.

You can find the level for the wheel barrow at the far right entrance of the Depths. ITs in a box on the floor.
