I've probably missed my chance but he just killed Jaethal and I want to crucify the hypocrite.
Jaethal brought happiness throughout my kingdom as an advisor and made her choices accordiing to the will of her goddess, while he murdered thousands 'cause he felt sorry for himself.

Yes. When you get both Jaethal's and Tristian's personal quests at the same time, do Jaethal's then Tristian's.

There will be an option to kill him then at the end of his segment.

Also, Jaethal will kill Tristian herself in act 6 if you fully complete her quest chain but not his. Which is pretty hilarious :)

Sadly I missed my chance with all that so it's my headcannon that I had Jubilost send interplanar assassins after him, slipping a portal seed into his divine wine or somesuch.

Answer is yes. Ive killed Tristian myself, even though it meant I was missing one advisor the whole game.

I cant remember the names of the quests, but if you choose to keep the Oculus of Abaddon which is an evil item and a reward from some quest, Tristian will eventually steal it and you have to confront him. You get an opportunity to kill him to get the item.

EDIT: I think its a quest chain that starts from investigating the vanishing of Varnhold, and will eventually lead to a huge dungeon in Tors of Levenies where you will find the Oculus.
