"Destroy the Bandit Camp" on "War of the River Kings" won't finish

I wiped out all the enemies (AFAIK) and Ilora Nuski is friendly after I pardoned her. She's just standing there. Is my game bugged?

There is most likely more bandits to kill... if you can see any black fog of war on the map, then there is more left. My guess it's the ones to the east and northeast.

Nope. All fog is removed. I have all seven chars in different area of the map. Is there a second bandit camp besides the River bandits camp?

The quest says "...the poison maker is dead and now let's clear out the rest of the bandit camp." My last save before the River war is SIX HOURS AGO, ugh.

but you have to clear these 3 areas to complete the quest.

Yep that map is definitely done.

Do The Menagerie and Littletown next and the quest should be completed.

Already did. I did everything. I figured it was bugged so I just loaded my last level up save, about a month before the River Kings mission. I keep a benchmark when I level up.
