Is Greater Feint Good?

I wanted to flatfoot mobs who are immune to shaken like undead for sneak attacks. (Using cotw and proper flanking mods)

Lvl 11 Dhampir:

16/12/12/10/18. Raised charisma to 20.

Eldritch Scion Undead Bloodline.

Feats: Combat expertise, Wep Foc: Scimitar, Swordplay style, Swordplay Upset, Improved Feint, Greater Feint, Blind Fight, Diehard.

I was going to be a Tank/Dps hybrid.

Plan was using high charisma for feint attempts against mobs who miss me when they attack. (Swordplay Upset). When succesful they become flatfooted in the next turn which opens up sneak attacks. I got sense vitals through magus arcana for sneak attacks.

I was tanking well but attacks were not connecting well enough and damage was not great either.

Can i do better with this build?

I haven't tried feinting at all but I've noticed in this game the enemies' inflated levels and stats make combat maneuvers land less often than they otherwise would. Are you against respecing that character, and have you considered the Prescient Attack arcana? It does cost a pool point but it doesn't waste a standard or move action, can be used on the same turn, and doesn't require the extensive feat investment either. If you were worried about uses you could invest those saved feats in extra eldritch pool as well.
