Can't make Parry work
I'm playing a Aldori Defender 5/Monk 1/Duelist 3, and simply can't make Parry ability, from the duelist, work.

I have all the necessary feats, slashing grace, and the other one which gives +2 CA and make the Dueling Sword deal piercing damage. I'm using only one weapon, and all the other requiriments are met... still, no parry.

THe character simply use all of his attacks in the round. Not -1 as the parry ability read. And this happen even with rapier, not only with dueling sword.

Really dont know what to do about this issue.

I'm using turn based mod, but don't know if it is the problem.

Try deactivating the mod and then test the Parry ability again. Because it is most likely the mod that messes with this.

Is the enemy attack actually landing to trigger the Parry/Riposte?

No, this mod doesn't mess out the Parry ability, in fact I can trigger it in turn-based mode using the same build as OP mentioned.

There are some hints I know about Parry:
1. You won't suffer the "-1 attack" penalty while trying to parry, it's a vanilla bug. F11 to report.
2. It's a activateable ability, you have to keep the icon activated before making a full-attack.
3. You don't need a free off-hand but you need the required weapon holding in your main hand.
4. When the ability is activated, you can see a parry buff icon beside your portrait.
5. After you've made a full-attack, you will get another parry buff with 6s duration.
6. When you have the second buff, you can attempt to parry a upcoming attack.
7. If the upcoming attack will miss itself, you won't attempt to parry.
8. If you have attempted to parry, the result will be added to the combat log.
