Studded Leather?

The Studded Leather Armor's description says 5 Max Dexterity, but it only allows 3. At least the Woodland Aegis and some other I found in the Goblin Fort. I don't know about the others.

You might suffer from medium or heavy encumbrance on the character. That puts a penalty on max possible dexterity bonus
