The Lantern King's court

I'm doing my second run now and just learned that if you camp overnight in that upper left corner of the Old Sycamore map, you get attacked by one of the Lantern Kings lieutenants, Viscount Smoulderburn. There's also an encounter with Duke Dazzleflare at the top of the Candlemere tower, and you have to defeat Count Shimmerglow to rescue Tig, the lost boy.

My question: there are four of these greater Will o the Wisp guys, aren't there? What's the four one's name, and do we encounter him (alone) ever?

You fight him at Bald Hilltop during an Ancient Curse, part 5. He dies really fast in comparison to the other enemies, so you might have missed him.
