Opposition schools take two spell slots instead of one. Like Octavia I never gave her Abjuration or Necromancy spells.

What I don't like is Nenio has the exact same opposition schools as Octavia did.
I do not like having opposition school and that is why I aways pick Universalist. I do not need bonus spells and school abilities are not that good. On other hand having metamagic without using feat is great. I love extending Haste.

Yeah the school and Domain abilities in general aren't that great. Especially the lower level ones.
I used them maybe once with Tristian in Vordakais tomb just because I was trying not to rest and run out of all my spells.
