Temple of Abadar not showing.

Soooo.... I have been playing this game for a while (First run mind you, I am new.) And I got to the point where I can choose one of the 4 gods, I picked Abadar, the god of cities and laws for RP purposes (I am playing a lawful character) but when I went to build the temple, it was not showing in the list. I googled about this and there is almost not mention of this issue. Am I the only one with this problem?

Selected Abadar in one of my recent runs - don't remember if I built the Temple of Abadar. The wiki lists the building but doesn't list any of the stats. High probability that it's a bug (one that won't be fixed).

I'm neutral good, asmodeus mogs, loyalty is basically useless late game, also, no import taxes boosts loyalty by 1 each week, nice synergy there, I also wanted to know what abadar does but it sounds like it would boost economy so I don't need that

you said you're a lawful character so asmodeus is still lawful, time to reload my good chap
