Shield Wall Feat broken?

Hi i am playing with two characters with shields and shield wall feat and they are not getting +2 bonus.

Anyone know what i might be doing wrong?

thanks. i see that +2 ac does not show on the ac tool tip but does in the combat log. thanks.
