Nope, its a quest item, the quest itself is not important, only a bunch of XP and some useless pots.

the radishes are badly battered if you already got them. How you got them e.g. trickey, diplomacy etc doesnt matter.

If you can't find them in inventory, that means you sold it to a vendor by accident and need to find it and buy it back.
