Report a translation problem
Personally I got her quest when I claimed the Silverstep Region, with the huge Lake there, and build the village. So thats the one you have to travel to...if artisans are tied to a region.
But I completely agree, that is not enough for a journal entry and confusing. I mean I also think that some people don't even realize that you find special craftspeople in your villages.
I mean she said she will become your crafter after completing 3 requests. Emerald, some that I don't remember and then she goes missing and you have to find her at Talon Peak. And then she bugs out at the peak location, not saing anything.
Because that is what happened to me 2 minutes ago. I will not start the quest though, as I heard it is rather bugged, like you said.
Also bugged quest do not remove her from village. For me, its 3 Mim clones already. One at capital, one in city, and one at Talon Peak.
Also, she should be in the capital near the merchants but don't talk to her there, build the village first and find her in that village - otherwise the quest won't complete
