You just add all black (empty) tiles into one 5x5 field
The rewards are good, but trying to figure it out is not worth it. You get a bastard sword, a medium Shield, a helmet and heavy armor that looks good.

If you add up all the *missing* pieces, (you note that each part has 2 missing, and each part tells you a part about Ravena using a missing piece) you get the answer solution.
