Quest: an ancient formula - bokken gone?

Got the letter from svetlana, asking if we can visit bokken to see whats up. It corrosponded with kok koks quest, so decided to kill two birds with one stone. Delt with the goblins, went back to the world map and back in. The trading post looks normal, but bokken isnt there.

Ive searched everywhere. Is this a bug? or am i missing something.

Help
