The Heart of Ira:
"The wearer of the necklace becomes immune to fatigue and exhaustion, and can activate the necklace to surround himself with an aura of nothingness. While the aura is activated, creatures adjacent to the wearer take 2d6 damage per round and must succeed on a DC 17 Reflex saving throw to avoid being fatigued."
Neat. I picked it up and immediately stashed it. I don't have any sneaky guys in my party, but that sounds pretty fun. I wonder if you can use it somehow to kill non-hostiles such as allies and neutral NPCs..
2. You can actually use it while invisible and it won’t break invisibility.
The only use of this necklace for me - solo explore and conquere resourses. It's friendly fire makes impossible to use it in party. Only usable for solo walkthroughs.
Although the way you get it is idiotic. It's an artifact tier item - why is it left lying around? They need to fix it by having it drop off a demon or something interesting. Same for the +3 full plate lying around in your capital city... I mean come on, is there gold lying around on the steet too and nobody else bothers to pick it up?
This is what Heart of Ira is intended for.
Its the perfect barbarian item or to use on Octavia while traveling as she is tired 300% faster then everyone else due to lack of con.
And its the reason jaethal makes for such an insane barbarian, since she cant be fatigued.
That and having hp from charisma:)
EDIT: found it after combing through the town.
